We were honored to play a key role in the build-out of Prefix Coffee at The Grand in downtown Kansas City, ensuring the space was equipped with a dependable and high-performance electrical system.


Lighting played a crucial role in the overall aesthetic and functionality of the coffee shop. We installed a selection of stylish and unique light fixtures, carefully chosen to enhance the atmosphere of the space. Additionally, we implemented remote dimming controls and motion sensors, allowing for flexible lighting adjustments while improving energy efficiency.

To support the operations of Prefix Coffee, we provided and installed a new electrical panel with all necessary breakers to efficiently power the entire space, along with the proper wiring and power setup for all coffee machines and essential equipment, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the general contracting team to coordinate our efforts and integrate seamlessly into the overall construction schedule.

With a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency, we delivered the project on time and within budget, ensuring that Prefix Coffee was fully powered and ready to serve the people of Kansas City.
